Not my projects. Most of them are successful. Why? It’s not because they are simple, I actually work with highly-complex projects. The reasons are numerous and won’t delve into them here.

I became a leader in the global project management community not because I contribute to multiple standards nor because of awards achieved. I’m certain it is because of my experience in successfully overcoming numerous challenges and reaching strategic goals.

I dream in companies where projects succeed.

To this extent, I can train project managers not only to be successful at passing the most common certifications but also to become competent in their project implementations.
